The need

Consistency is maintained through attention, not intention alone.

Questions

Before we begin.

Is support only available after 2Hands training?

No. Brooke can first establish a baseline and then recommend an appropriate follow-up structure.

Can part of the support be remote?

Yes. Management check-ins and selected coaching can be remote, while hands-on reassessment is planned on site.

How long is an engagement?

The rhythm is tailored. It may be a short post-training cycle or a longer partnership with scheduled review points.
